Thomas Anderson
Thomas was a founding member and is the former Chair of The Co-operative Groups award-winning LGBT network ‘Respect’. During his tenure the organisation become the No1 Private Sector employer for LGBT people in the UK and the most followed and active employee network group in Europe. He was also a driving force behind the launch of the UK’s first Inter-Retail LGBT network ‘CheckOUT’ – developing the names, engagement and branding for both networks.
